The Ministry of Bootcamp sessions are broken into 4 week phases in which the participant will train for up to 3 times each week for around an hour each session. The entire 4 week programme is planned and preseted in a way that provides clear progression for the participant to follow
The sessions are broken down into individual body exercises, PowerBag® training exercises and team games. The vibe is both fun and challenging. This blends well with dedicated and sustained exercise which is set specifically to everybody’s level of fitness.
The Ministry of Bootcamp involves many aspects of fitness including pilates, muscle imbalance retraining, posture correction, core conditioning, stability, endurance, strength, power, drills and circuits.
