Although now that your body is conditioned and already feeling fitter and more able, you’ll be ready to take on this type of training, and the sense of achievement of performing movements completely new to you along with the intrinsic effects the endurance training will have by releasing those ‘feel good’ hormones. You’ll finish the endurance training sessions ready to take on anything, you’ll feel amazing.
