Stabilisation
One of the many mistakes exercisers make is to embark on explosive, impacting exercises from the outset, this does include running. Throughout the running gait the process of running requires the individual to balance all their weight onto one leg over and over. If the individual has a distortion within the muscles of their body, even a slight distortion in the lower body, this distortion will rapidly become an ache or pain or even an injury. The stabilisation training phase preps the body to allow you to perform high impacting, explosive movements with superior technique, thus enjoying the benefits of the exercise to the full without the deleterious effects of potential discomfort or injury. Throughout the stabilisation phase the Ministry of Boot Camp trainer will work on running gait enhancement, concurrently strengthening your core and working on an improved fluidity of the joints and range of motion. In the early stages of the programme you will begin to feel a new lease of life as your body regains its flexibility and movement efficiency.
