We all have to start somewhere. The unique way in which the Ministry of Boot Camp has planned the programme for you, will guarantee to give you the best start possible. The foundation phase is the perfect blend of activation of certain muscles in the body along with stretching off some of the muscles which are normally tight which can cause pain or discomfort to the body, typically branching off the nerve endings of the spine. The weak link activation will ensure that all the muscles within the body are ‘switched on’ and ready for being worked to assist you in burning more calories and help you achieve quicker results in a shorter space of time. Unfortunately individuals who are looking for improvements in shape or size or tone do not incorporate weak link activation into their programmes and this can result in disappointed gains from the efforts invested. Within this phase of training, you will also notice how quickly your posture begins to improve whilst concurrently working your body aerobically. Even in these early stages you will start to learn a lot about how your body moves and functions.
