The reward for having a body that is now qualified to perform power training will give you the ULTIMATE results. It is often said that to ‘look like an athlete, one must train like an athlete…’. Power training is the most demanding form of training you can impose onto your body and is quite possibly the most beneficial in terms of caloric expenditure, fitness, muscular appearance and flexibility. Absolutely everything is involved when the body is engaged in Power training and whats more, its great fun! Power training involves such exercises like running, jumping, throwing, twisting, sprinting, etc. Its quite an achievement to have a body that can comfortably deal with the rigours of power training and at this stage of training you will feel absolutely amazing having a body with superiorly efficient systems. If taught incorrectly or if the body is not ready for this type of training, many aches and pains or injuries may occur, but due to the progression through the Performance Pyramid that the Ministry of Boot Camp will take you through, you will get the maximum benefit from this phase and no doubt enjoy every minute of it.
