As momentum now builds into your programme and you have now mastered many of the exercises, we start to introduce strength training into the equation. Whilst still keeping many aspects of the stabilisation and endurance phase in the sessions, introducing strength training will also work the muscles in such a demanding way that the body will increase its metabolic rate due to the repair required within the muscle tissue. Strength training will not increase the size of the muscle but rather strengthen the muscles and the bones of the body and begin to improve the shape and tone of the muscle and the skin not to mention the additional strength you will have in your body helping you to achieve everyday tasks and giving you a more robust physical being.
